Another, brand new event for the Kettle Club this year; Llangollen Bike Fest, held over the weekend 4-5 August, proved to be a terrific venue for the club to 'strut its stuff'. we were given a prime pitch and typically, our stand went down a storm with the (reported) 10,000 punters who passed through the gates of the show ground. Blessed once again by beautiful weather; the 8 bikes on display gleamed in the sunshine and drew the crowds like magpies. As a bonus, we even managed to pick up 3 new members and have been kindly invited by the organisers, to return to next years event.
